Does no match mean safe?

No. Detection is based on specific data sources at scan time. Undetected risks may exist outside our coverage scope. Low risk is a signal within scope, not a legal conclusion.

What if a query fails?

Failed sub-queries are not charged. Retry or refresh. Contact support@vigilra.com for persistent failures.

Are uploaded images stored?

Images are used for the current analysis only, not retained long-term. Report text is auto-saved to history; re-uploading is required for image re-analysis.

How are the three check types different?

Trademark: brand text vs USPTO marks. Copyright: image provenance and registration candidates. Design patent: product image vs specified patent drawing pages. Each is independent with separate fees.
